Quality policy

For us, quality means distributing drug and alcohol testing equipment and accessories of the highest quality, reliability and safety. We also understand quality to mean offering qualified calibrations, repairs and services with regard to our testing equipment and products that satisfy our customers. In order to be able to achieve this, competent and friendly advice as well as a quick and precise understanding of our customers' needs have the highest priority in our company. Equally important to us is compliance with all laws and standards that apply to our products, as well as the applicable production and safety standards. We also achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through our commitment to prompt and careful delivery of our sensitive test equipment and products. We ensure this with proven procedures and on the basis of our qualifications and extensive experience, as well as with our quality management. With our quality and our cost-effectiveness, we are a service-oriented partner and solution provider for the requirements and issues of our customers in the field of alcohol and drug testing. We work with our customers in a cooperative, competent and reliable manner. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive service for equipment maintenance and calibration, also on site at our customers' premises, as well as the rapid processing and punctual implementation of our workshop orders. For this reason, a high level of reliability in our business process design is particularly important to us. We are clear and always binding with our suppliers in the formulation of our requirements and expect the same from them. In our cooperation, we treat each other with respect and appreciation. It is important to us that we deal with each other in an open, collegial and familiar manner. We see mistakes as an opportunity for further development and learning. All employees of our company know their contribution to the implementation of our quality policy. All employees of our company are involved in the implementation of our customers' requirements and the achievement of our quality standards. As experts in their fields, they know and are responsible for their areas of responsibility. We continuously develop our competences through internal and external training. We actively involve our employees in the further development of our company. In order to promote economic performance for our customers and for our company, we are always looking for ways to optimise our processes within the framework of our continuous improvement process and to increase our efficiency. Continuous improvement is a central goal in our company. To this end, we determine and evaluate our work processes and their results on the basis of quality key figures and success indicators, assess them and draw conclusions from them.
