Calibration of alcohol testers: We can help you!

The determination of the blood alcohol level via a breath test is a safe and precise method. However, to get accurate results, regular maintenance and calibration of the breathalyser is important. Otherwise, this may result in deviations of the measured values, which, in the worst case, fails to detect the presence of alcohol or leads to falsely accusing non-alcoholised people.

With our offers for maintenance and calibration you are on the safe side with breathalysers of all well-known manufacturers. ADCS partly charges an attractive flat rate and thus gives you absolute certainty regarding the costs.

Reliable measurement values due to calibration

A reliable and qualitative measurement is only guaranteed if the breathalyser is calibrated and maintained. Alcohol sensors constantly lose accuracy over time. The frequency of use only plays a minor role. Thus, after about half a year it is possible that the measurement results are no longer within the technical tolerance. In general, calibration is necessary every 6 to 12 months, depending on the type of device, otherwise the measurement becomes inaccurate.

Calibration and maintenance at ADCS

ADCS is specially certified by certain manufacturers, such as Dräger and EnviteC, to perform calibrations of their devices. Our trained personnel can provide this service quickly and reliably. You will of course receive a calibration protocol with the return of your instrument. We are also happy to offer you a loaner device for the time of calibration.

Every breathalyser from the ADCS portfolio can also be calibrated by us. We are specially certified by the manufacturers of these breathalysers to perform maintenance and calibration. In addition, we also offer the calibration of devices of other well-known manufacturers, such as all devices of the AlcoTrue series from bluepoint medical and others on request. You can read the date of the next calibration due on the calibration label on your tester. If this label is missing, the purchase date on your invoice will help you. Of course you can also call us, we will be happy to help you.
