Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Schweiz, Österreich.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery to Germany:
Fixed price up to 3 kg shipping weight: 5,50 €
Shipping weight from 3 kg to 15 kg: 10 €
Shipping weight over 15 kg*: 15 €
*The maximum shipping weight is 31 kg. If your order exceeds the maximum shipping weight, it will be divided into several parcels and therefore double shipping costs may be incurred.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Delivery to Austria:
Fixed price up to 3 kg shipping weight: 12,00 €
Shipping weight from 3 kg to 15 kg: 15 €
Shipping weight over 15 kg*: 20 €
* The maximum shipping weight is 31 kg. If your order exceeds the maximum shipping weight, it will be divided into several parcels and therefore double shipping costs may be incurred.

Zustellung in der Schweiz:
Fixed price up to 3 kg shipping weight: 16,00 €
Shipping weight from 3 kg to 15 kg: 24 €
Shipping weight over 15 kg* : 32 €

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made.
The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
The minimum order value is: 10 €.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only for registered clients.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 21 days.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
